Corrosion Analysis and Repairing of Pressure Vessels in PIA Plant

针对间苯二甲酸装置在大检修期间压力容器检验中发现的腐蚀情况,进行腐蚀原因分析,制定了可行的修复方案并实施,解决或减缓了腐蚀问题,为下一个周期间苯二甲酸装置的安全稳定运行打下了基础。

A comprehensive inspection of pressure vessel has carried on in PIA plant during the overhaul,in which some corrosion damages have been found.To solve those problems as soon as possible,mechanism of corrosion was analyzed,and a feasible plan was developed.As a result,the corrosion damages are repaired or slowing down.
