摘要
本文以船体外加电流阴极保护系统设计与应用案例,详细讲解了系统参数计算、布置要求、调试方法及相关注意事项。外加电流阴极保护系统运行后,船体保护电位符合设计和实际使用要求,达到了阴极保护效果,可以有效预防船体腐蚀,延长船舶使用寿命。
Based on the design and application of ICCP in hull,this paper explains in detail the calculation of system parameters,layout requirements,debugging methods and related matters needing attention.After the operation of ICCP,the protection potential of the hull conforms to the design and actual use requirements,and the cathodic protection effect is achieved,which can effectively prevent the hull corrosion and extend the service life of the ship.
