摘要
某高含硫天然气净化厂的中间胺液冷却器换热管多次发生腐蚀泄漏,采用宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜观察、腐蚀产物成分分析等方法,对换热管进行了失效原因分析。结果表明:管束的失效形式为局部腐蚀减薄;由于管束的内涂层局部破损,在破损部位发生冷却水腐蚀,生成的腐蚀产物覆盖在破损部位表面,引起垢下腐蚀导致管壁局部腐蚀穿孔。
Corrosion leakage occurred many times in the heat exchange pipe of an intermediate amine cooler in a high sulfur natural gas purification plant.The failure causes of heat exchange tubes were analyzed by means of macroscopic examination,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscope observation and corrosion product composition analysis.The results showed that the failure form of the tube bundle was local corrosion thinning.Due to the partial damage of the inner coating of the pipe bundle,cooling water corrosion occurs in the damaged part,and the corrosion products generated covered the surface of the damaged part,causing scale corrosion and leading to local corrosion of the pipe wall.
