Land is the foundation of all production and life.When our country was first established,private land ownership was abolished,and the land trading market was closed.With the continuous progress of our socialism,China is gradually improving the land system,and Some laws and regulations related to the land system have been formulated to form a land market with Chinese characteristics.At present,my country’s economic development is undergoing tremendous changes,so it is of immediate practical significance to study land use planning at this time.At this time,my country is pursuing sustainable development,so the importance of environmental impact assessment in land planning is becoming more and more prominent.However,my country’s land planning environmental assessment work has a relatively short development time,and researchers have begun to pay more and more attention to how to ensure the stable development of this work.Based on the concept and classification of land planning environmental impact assessment,the author introduces the principles and working procedures of land planning environmental impact assessment in detail,and puts forward some targeted opinions.
