In petroleum extraction and transportation,gathering and transportation pipelines play a key role,but they can also cause scaling in the pipelines due to many objective factors.Once the scale is formed,it will hinder the normal transportation of oil and gas,and even cause corrosion and damage to the pipeline.Therefore,it is very important to adopt a centralized descaling process.This article first analyzes the impact of scaling on production and analyzes the importance of scaling.At the same time,we use experimental research to study the influencing factors of scale formation,and formulate the corresponding descaling process according to these factors,and analyze its application effect in specific practice to start the discussion of descaling process.Hope to provide some help for the production and operation of oilfield enterprises.
