摘要 高职工科新能源专业在实践教学过程中普遍存在于思政教学融合度不够、对学生思想需求不够了解、课堂评价缺乏持续改进机制、教学手段陈旧等问题。文章引入ADDIE模型融合思政教育有效教学要素,以风电职业岗位为对象,分析岗位职责和学习者特征,对教学目标、内容和策略进行设计并开发相应隐性思政元素,以新能源专业为例实施教学,建立五个方面四个维度的评估体系,不断促进高职工科课程思政教学有效性的提高。 In the practical teaching process of higher vocational engineering new energy specialty,problems such as insufficient integration of ideological and political teaching,insufficient understanding of students'ideological needs,lack of continuous improvement mechanisms for classroom evaluation,and outdated teaching methods are common problems.This article introduces the ADDIE model to integrate the effective teaching elements of ideological and political education.It takes wind power vocational positions as objects,analyzes job responsibilities and learner characteristics,designs teaching objectives,content,and strategies and develops corresponding hidden ideological and political elements.Implementation of teaching by example,the establishment of an evaluation system of five dimensions and four dimensions,and continuously promote the improvement of the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in higher vocational education.
