供给侧结构性改革背景下煤电企业转型发展对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures for the Transformation and Development of Coal-fired Power Companies in the Context of Supply-side Structural Reform

近年来,随着我国经济发展步入新常态,社会用电需求增速放缓,然而电力装机增速持续高于用电增速,煤电利用小时数一路下跌,电力产能过剩问题日益凸显,电力供需形势发生深刻变化。推动煤电企业转型升级,促进煤炭清洁利用,是我国能源结构转型的重要战略选择和发展趋势。通过对我国煤电企业当前现状进行分析,针对煤电企业发展面临的问题,提出煤电企业转型发展对策,期望能够为其他燃煤行业转型发展提供一定借鉴,进一步提升我国煤炭的清洁利用水平。

In recent years,as China's economic development has entered a new normal,the growth rate of social power demand has slowed down.However,the growth rate of power installed capacity has continued to exceed the growth rate of power consumption.The number of coal power utilization hours has been declining,and the problem of overcapacity has become increasingly prominent.The situation of power supply and demand has undergone profound changes.Promoting the transformation and upgrading of coal-fired power companies and promoting the clean utilization of coal is an important strategic choice and development trend for China's energy structure transformation.By analyzing the current status of coal-fired power companies in China,this paper proposes countermeasures for the transformation and development of coal-fired power companies in response to the problems faced by the development of coal-fired power companies.It is expected to provide some reference for the transformation and development of other coal-fired industries and further improve the clean utilization of coal in China.
