基于投入产出分析的绿色建筑经济性评价研究

Research on Economic Evaluation of Green Building Based on Input-output Analysis

由于我国公民生活水平的不断提高,对生活环境的要求也越来越高,因此,提出了基于投入产出分析的绿色建筑经济性评价研究。将投入产出分析理论应用到绿色建筑经济性的评价研究中,分析投入与产出之间的复杂关系,划分一、二级指标内容,构建了新型绿色建筑经济性评价方法。通过对比实验证明了新型绿色建筑经济性评价方法的实用性,结果表明,所提方法在评估准确度和评估耗时方面均优于传统方法,为我国绿色建筑经济性评价体系的构建提供了理论支持。

Due to the continuous improvement of the living standards of our citizens,the demands on the living environment are becoming higher and higher.Therefore,the economic evaluation of green building based on input-output analysis is proposed.Applying the input-output analysis theory to the evaluation of green building economics,analyzing the complex relationship between input and output,dividing the content of the first and second indicators,thus,a new green building economic evaluation method is constructed.The comparative experiment proves the practicability of the new green building economic evaluation method.The results show that the proposed method is superior to the traditional method in terms of evaluation accuracy and evaluation time-consuming.It provides a theory for the construction of China's green building economic evaluation system.
