摘要 以电动汽车用轮毂电机特殊的工作环境和使用要求为切入点,说明轮毂电机液冷的优势及其必要性,综合比较行业中常用的液冷电机冷却水道形式的结构特点,阐述轮毂电机液冷系统设计的要求和方法,并结合实际轮毂电机的使用要求对其液冷系统进行设计。 Based on the special working environment and operation requirements of hub motor for electric vehicle,this paper explains the advantages and necessity of the liquid cooling of hub motor,compares the structural characteristics of the commonly used cooling water channel of the liquid cooling motor in the industry,expounds the requirements and methods of the design of the liquid cooling system of hub motor,and designs the liquid cooling system in combination with the actual operation requirements of hub motor.
