摘要
钢铁企业炼铁生产区域一般分为高炉工场、喷煤铁运工场、烧结工场,为了满足现场数据不落地要求,系统对基础自动化进行了适应性改造,实现了对配料、烧结、球团、高炉等产量、物料消耗、设备运行状态、能源消耗等数据的采集功能,并对数据进行组织、逻辑处理,输给MES,进行数据存储、分析及保存,实现了工艺参数展示,达到了MES数据不落地的需求。
The ironmaking production area of iron and steel enterprises is generally divided into blast furnace workshop,coal injection and iron transportation workshop and sintering workshop.In order to meet the requirements of not landing the field data,the system has carried out the adaptive transformation of the basic automation,realized the collection function of the output,material consumption,equipment operation status,energy consumption and other data of batching,sintering,pelletizing,blast furnace,etc.,and data organization,logic processing,data storage,analysis and storage are carried out,and the process parameters are displayed to meet the needs of MES data.
