摘要
铁磁性材料在受到外力作用后,其应力会发生变化,与此同时,磁结构参数也会发生相应的变化。文章通过电磁检测原理,测量U型线圈上的电压值,计算矫顽力、剩磁,并通过多次实验,建立矫顽力与应力的耦合模型,进而通过检测试件的矫顽力来反映其应力。
The stress of ferromagnetic materials will change after being subjected to external forces.At the same time,the magnetic structure parameters will also change accordingly.In this paper,through the principle of electromagnetic detection,the voltage value on the U-shaped coil is measured,the coercive force and residual magnetism are calculated,and through multiple experiments,the coupling model of coercive force and stress is established,and then the coercive force of the test piece is detected to react its stress.
