The material procurement of power generation enterprises needs to be optimized continuously,and a set of working mode adapted to the requirements of unit maintenance management should be established.This paper points out the shortage of material procurement in power generation enterprises,and puts forward the optimization of material procurement based on the thinking of supply chain management.
