高校教师教育专业认证的挑战与应对

Challenges and Countermeasures on Professional Certification of Teacher Education Specialty in Colleges and Universities

教师教育专业认证是高校应对新时代教师要求的重要战略部署,也是必然趋势。但目前高校对教师教育专业认证的探索处于起步探索阶段,尚存在诸多问题。本文主要从高校培养目标、课程体系、教学实践、质量监控保障等方面分析当前教师教育专业建设存在的问题,并在专业认证基础上提出相应探索路径。

Teacher education professional certification is an important strategic deployment for colleges and universities to meet the requirements of teachers in the new era.And this is also an inevitable trend.However,the exploration of teacher education certification in colleges and universities is still in its initial stage at present,and there are still many problems.This study mainly analyzes the problems existing in the current teacher education specialty construction from the aspects of college training objectives,curriculum system,teaching practice,quality monitoring and guarantee.And in the last,we propose the corresponding exploration path based on the specialty certification.
