摘要
叶片作为航空发动机关键构件,具有型面复杂、技术性能高等特点,本文设计一种基于曲面重建的航空发动机叶片测量方法,通过关节臂测量机的激光扫描功能,获取叶片点云。结合曲面拟合算法与三维建模软件,对叶片点云进行曲面重建。将曲面重建的叶片模型和原始模型进行3D比较,来检验航空发动机叶片质量。将本文方法与传统方法进行对比,突出其优越性,并进行实例分析,证明本文方法的有效性。
As a key component of aero-engine,the blade has the features of complex surface and high technical performance.A blade measurement method based on surface reconstruction was established in this paper.The blade point cloud was extracted by the laser scanning function of the articulated arm measuring machine.Combining surface fitting algorithm and three dimensional modeling software,the surface reconstruction based on blade point cloud was achieved.Through 3 D comparison of surface reconstruction blade model and original blade model,aero-engine blade quality was detected.The superiority of new method was testified by comparison with the traditional method.and through the application analysis,the effectiveness of method was verified.
