Nd:YAG激光及Er:YAG激光辅助治疗牙周炎疗效的网状meta分析 被引量:9

Efficacy of Nd:YAG Laser and Er:YAG Laser in Treating Periodontitis:a Network Meta-analysis

摘要 目的:采用网状meta分析方法比较Nd:YAG激光、Er:YAG激光单独或联合龈下刮治术和根面平整术治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:计算机系统检索PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据期刊论文资源,文献发表时间为建库至2019年12月30日,由2名研究者独立进行文献检索、筛查,提取信息包括第一作者、文献发表时间、干预措施、样本量、随访时间以及其临床观察指标。采用STATA 14.0进行网状meta分析。结果:共纳入25篇文献、858例牙周炎患者。网状meta分析结果示,Nd:YAG+Er:YAG+SRP在治疗后3个月和6个月PD、CAL减少量中均优于其他疗法,大部分差异有统计学意义;排序结果显示,Nd:YAG+Er:YAG+SRP在治疗后3、6月PD、CAL减少量中均排第一。结论:Er:YAG激光联合Nd:YAG激光辅助SRP临床疗效较单一激光好,是牙周炎的有效治疗方法。 Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of Nd:YAG laser and Er:YAG laser alone or in combination with scaling and root planning for periodontitis using network meta-analysis.Methods:Studies were searched in PubMed,Embase,The Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP and WanFang databases from database building to 30 th,December 2019.Two investigators independently searched and screened the literatures and extracted data including the first author,time of publication,intervention,sample size,follow-up time,and clinical observation indicators.Network meta-analysis was then performed in STATA 14.0.Results:A total of 25 literatures and 858 patients with periodontitis were included.The results of the network meta-analysis showed that Nd:YAG+Er:YAG+SRP was superior to other therapies in PD and CAL reduction at 3 or 6 months after treatment,and most of the differences were statistically significant.The treatment ranking results showed that Nd:YAG+Er:YAG+SRP ranked first in PD and CAL reduction at 3 or 6 months after treatment.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Er:YAG laser combined with Nd:YAG laser assisted with SRP is better than single laser,suggesting that it is an effective treatment for periodontitis.
