摘要
职业能力标准是有效完成特定职业的一整套相关知识、技能和情感态度。营养师职业能力标准的确定是营养师职业发展的重要前提和保障。纵观世界,许多国家(地区)都制定了营养师职业能力标准。我国注册营养师工作刚刚起步,尚未进行能力标准建设。本文旨在通过梳理比较国内外营养师职业能力标准的制定情况,为我国注册营养师职业能力标准的制定提供参考意见。
The Professional Competency Standards for dietitians are a set of relevant knowledge,skills and views that enable individuals to effectively accomplish a specific task in accordance with the requirements of professional standards.The establishment of the professional competency standards for dietitians is an important prerequisite and guarantee for career development.Many countries and regions have established competency standards for dietitians.The system of registered dietitians in China has just started,and the establishment of competency standards has not yet been carried out.The purpose of this study is to provide reference for the development of professional competency standards for registered dietitians in China by comparing the professional competency standards for dietitians in other countries and regions around the world.
