摘要
在生命早期,α-生育酚有降低不良妊娠结局发生风险,促进子代生长发育和呼吸系统完善,以及认知能力构建等多方面的作用。由于肝脏α-生育酚转运蛋白的选择性,天然存在的RRR-α-生育酚活性高于合成的all-rac构型(1.36~2倍)。同时RRR-α-生育酚也高度富集于人类的乳汁和婴儿大脑的关键区域中,故生命早期补充足量的以RRR构型为主的α-生育酚可能有特殊生理意义。本文综述了国内外有关α-生育酚和RRR-α-生育酚在生命早期的功能及血液和乳汁水平的研究,可为衡量婴幼儿需要量和优化婴幼儿配方食品提供参考。
Alpha-tocopherol is recognized to play important roles in the health and well-being of pregnant women and in the respiratory and cognitive development of offspring.With the selectivity of hepaticα-tocopherol transfer protein in favor of the natural RRR-α-tocopherol,the bio-potency ratio of RRR-α-tocopherol to the synthetic all-racemic-α-tocopherol is reported as(1.36~2):1.RRR-α-tocopherol is also highly enriched in human breast milk and the key regions of infant brain.The relative abundance of RRR-α-tocopherol in early life may indicate special importance.The functions ofα-tocopherol and RRR-α-tocopherol in maternal-offspring dyads and circulating levels as well as breast milk concentrations were reviewed to provide new insights into the estimation of infants’requirement and the design of infant formulas.
