摘要
近年来,大数据领域基础研究取得突破,相关应用发展迅速。国家有关部门陆续出台多方面扶持政策,推动大数据在工业领域特别是化工领域的应用。在工业领域,大数据主要应用于工艺排程与调度、异常工况诊断与预测、产品检验与质量管理、物流和产品链分析及优化等方面。其中,大数据在化工领域已有若干应用实例,达成了生产过程优化、设备运维改善、下游需求匹配、生产自动化程度提高等效果。大数据应用的深化应以信息资源共享的推进及数据归属、权限和安全界限的明晰为基础,着力于实现工业大数据与工业云的深度融合及人工智能应用的拓展。
In recent years,China has made breakthroughs in basic research in the field of big data,and relevant applications have developed rapidly.China’s relevant administrative departments have issued various supportive policies to promote the integration of big data in the industrial field,especially in the chemical industry.In industrial applications,big data are mainly used in production scheduling and monitoring,fault diagnosis and prediction,product inspection and quality management,supply chain analysis and optimization.Among them,there have been several application examples of big data in the chemical industry,achieving specific effects such as optimization of production process,improvement of equipment operation and maintenance,matching of downstream demand,and improvement of production automation.The deepening application of big data shall be based on the promotion of information resource sharing and the clarity of data ownership,authority and security boundaries,focusing on the deep integration between industrial big data and industrial cloud,and the expansion of artificial intelligence application.
