摘要
从专利角度分析了对沙特阿美原油制烯烃技术的专利保护情况,包括沙特阿美相关专利技术的申请年趋势分布、最新法律状态,重点从技术布局的角度剖析了其核心专利技术。沙特阿美自2006年开始进行相关技术的专利申请,其研究类型涉及工艺、设备和催化剂;工艺为重点,形成了蒸汽裂解产物流分离工艺、集成工艺、高强度流化催化裂化工艺等代表性技术,并构成了庞大的专利布局;涉及设备和催化剂的专利较少,其中催化剂技术的特点是利用催化裂化工艺中的选择性催化剂与裂化催化剂混合,以实现原油最大化裂化。
From the perspective of patent analysis,this paper analyzes Saudi Aramco’s patent protection strategy on the crude oil to olefins technology,including briefly the annual trend distribution and the latest legal status of the application of related patent technology,with focus on the analysis of Saudi Aramco’s core patent technology from the perspective of technology layout.Saudi Aramco has applied patents for related technologies since 2006,involving processes,equipment and catalysts.With emphasis on process,Saudi Aramco has developed representative technologies such as steam pyrolysis products flow separation process,integration process and high strength fluidized catalytic cracking process,which come into being a huge patent portfolio.Saudi Aramco has applied few patents for equipment and catalysts.From Saudi Aramco’s patents,it is found that the selective catalysts and cracking catalyst in catalytic cracking process are mixed to maximize the cracking of crude oil.
