双效萃取精馏工艺制备无水乙醇的模拟与优化 被引量:2

Simulation and optimization of double-effect extractive distillation process for preparation of absolute ethanol

摘要 以甘油为萃取剂,通过普通萃取精馏和双效萃取精馏2种工艺萃取水与乙醇溶液制备无水乙醇,2种工艺都可以得到质量分数为99.99%的乙醇溶液,且萃取剂的回收率都较高。通过对2种工艺的工艺参数比较发现,双效萃取精馏工艺较普通萃取精馏更节能,节能率为14.91%。 Using glycerol as extractant,absolute ethanol is prepared by extracting water and ethanol solution through common extractive rectification process and double-effect extractive rectification process,respectively.Both processes can give an ethanol solution with a mass fraction of 99.99%,and the recovery rates of the extractant are high.By comparing the parameters of these two processes,it is found that the double-effect extractive rectification process exhibits more energy-efficient than the common extractive distillation process,which can save 14.91%of energy consumption.
