2017~2019年我院麻醉药品、第一类精神药品用药趋势分析

Analysis of the trend of narcotic drugs and first-class psychotropic drugs in a hospital from year 2017 to 2019

目的分析评价我院2017~2019年麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的使用情况,为合理使用相应药物提供参考。方法统计、分析2017~2019年我院麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的使用金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)及排序比。结果麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的使用金额及药占比逐年增长,枸橼酸芬太尼注射液、注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼及30mg盐酸吗啡缓释片的用药频度近三年均位居前3位;注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼的日均费用较高、其排序比较小,盐酸氯胺酮注射液、磷酸可待因片、盐酸吗啡片的日均费用较低,排序比值较高。结论我院麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的使用基本合理,但也存在一些问题,需多部门共同努力,促进这两类药物的合理应用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the use of narcotic drugs and first-class psychotropic drugs in our hospital from 2017 to 2019,and to provide a reference for the rational use of corresponding drugs.Methods The usage amount,defined daily dose system(DDDs),destination delivery charges(DDC)and ranking ratio of narcotic drugs and first-class psychotropic drugs in our hospital from 2017 to 2019 were statistically analyzed.Results The usage amount and percentage of drug expenditure of narcotic drugs and the first-class psychotropic drugs increased year by year.The DDDs of fentanyl citrate injection,remifentanil hydrochloride for injection and 30mg morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets ranked top 3 in recent three years;The DDC of remifentanil hydrochloride for injection was relatively high,and its ranking ratio was relatively small.The DDC of ketamine hydrochloride injection,codeine phosphate tablets,and morphine hydrochloride tablets was rather lower,and the ranking ratio was higher.Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs and first-class psychotropic drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable,but there are still some problems.Multi-department cooperation is needed to promote the rational application of these two drugs.
