替诺福韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化的疗效

Efficacy of tenofovir combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis

目的探讨替诺福韦联合复方甘草酸苷方案治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1~12月在本院接受治疗的106例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者,根据治疗方案的不同将患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组53例单纯采用替诺福韦进行治疗,观察组53例采用替诺福韦联合复方甘草酸苷方案治疗,比较两组患者治疗的临床疗效,明确最佳的治疗方案。结果治疗后两组患者的肝功能水平均发生明显变化,且观察组变化更为明显,两组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血清肝纤维化指标得到更为明显的改善,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组转阴率为88.68%,对照组转阴率为66.03%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月和12个月两组患者的血清HBVDNA均有所下降,且观察组下降幅度更加明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者,采用替诺福韦联合复方甘草酸苷方案进行治疗,效果确切,可以有效提高治疗的临床效果,改善患者的肝功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tenofovir combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods From January to December 2018,a total of 106 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were selected.The patients were divided into the control group(n=53)and the observation group(n=53)according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with tenofovir alone,while the observation group was treated with tenofovir combined with compound glycyrrhizin.The clinical efficacies of the two groups of patients were compared,and the best treatment scheme was determined.Results The liver function level of the two groups of patients changed obviously after treatment,in which the observation group changed more obviously,and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the serum liver fibrosis indexes of the patients in the observation group were significantly better,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate in the observation group was 88.68%,while that in the control group was 66.03%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum HBV-DNA of the two groups of patients decreased at 6 months and 12 months after treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious,with statistically significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis,tenofovir combined with compound glycyrrhizin scheme has definite efficacy,effectively improves the clinical efficacy of treatment,improves the liver function of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
