盐酸哌甲酯缓释片联合经颅磁刺激治疗对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍疗效的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨盐酸哌甲酯缓释片联合经颅磁刺激治疗对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的临床效果。方法选取我院2019年1~12月60例注意缺陷多动障碍患儿,随机将其分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组采用盐酸哌甲酯缓释片进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合经颅磁刺激治疗。观察两组治疗2个疗程后的Conner’s儿童行为量表评分、视听整合持续性操作测试结果及不良反应发生率。结果治疗2个疗程后,Conner’s儿童行为量表评分均较治疗前降低,且两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的听觉平均反应时间、视觉平均反应时间均降低,且两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的听觉正确反应数、视觉正确反应数均升高,且两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的依从性高于对照组且不良反应例数少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论盐酸哌甲酯缓释片联合经颅磁刺激治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的临床效果比单用盐酸哌甲酯缓释片进行治疗的效果好,不良反应少,对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的临床治疗具有积极意义。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in children.Methods 60 children with ADHD treated in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was treated with methylphenidate hydrochloride sustainedrelease tablets,while the observation group was treated with the combination with transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group.The scores of Conner's child behavior scale,audio-visual integration continuous operation test results and the incidence of adverse reactions(ADRs)of the two groups after 2courses of treatment were observed.Results After two courses of treatment,the Conner's Child Behavior Scale scores were lower than before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The average auditory response time and visual average response time of the two groups were reduced,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The number of auditory correct responses and the number of visually correct responses increased in the two groups,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the number of adverse reactions was less than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation for ADHD in children is better than that of methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets alone,with fewer ADRs.It is of positive significance for the clinical treatment of ADHD in children.
