LK按摩程式联合体位纠正对枕后位产妇分娩结局的效果观察

Observation on the effect of LK massage program combined with posture correction on delivery outcome in parturient of occipitoposterior position

目的分析LK按摩程式联合体位纠正对枕后位分娩结局的效果观察。方法选取2019年6~12月本院枕后位产妇120例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组行常规待产分娩模式进行,观察组行LK按摩程式联合体位纠正模式进行。比较两组干预后产程情况;采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评估两组产妇整个产程的分娩疼痛情况;统计两组产妇分娩方式、产后出血量及新生儿Apgar评分。结果观察组产妇第一产程(潜伏期、活跃期)、第二产程、第三产程及总产程均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇第一至第三产程VAS评分均逐渐降低,观察组第一产程,第二产程,第三产程VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇剖宫产比例明显低于对照组,观察组产后出血(>500mL)产妇比较差异有统计学意义。Apgar评分≤7分的新生儿比例无明显差异。结论LK按摩程式联合体位对纠正枕后位、缩短产程、降低分娩疼痛、改善分娩结局取得良好效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of LK massage program combined with posture correction on delivery outcomes of occipitoposterior position.Methods 120 cases of occipitoposterior parturient from June 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=60)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated by the routine delivery mode,while the observation group was treated by LK massage program combined with posture correction mode.The stages of delivery after intervention were compared between the two groups.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain during delivery in the two groups.The delivery mode,postpartum hemorrhage and Apgar score of newborns in the two groups were counted.Results The first stage of delivery(latent period,active period),the second stage of delivery,the third stage of delivery and total stage of delivery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores in the first to the third stages of delivery in the two groups were gradually reduced.The VAS scores in the first stage of delivery,the second stage of delivery and the third stage of delivery of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and postpartum hemorrhage(>500mL)women.The proportion of newborn with Apgar score≤7 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion LK massage program combined with body position has achieved good results in correcting occipitoposterior position,shortening delivery process,reducing delivery pain and improving delivery outcome.
