脑动脉瘤介入栓塞术围术期患者行快速康复外科护理的应用价值

The application value of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients in the perioperative period of interventional embolization of the cerebral aneurysm

目的探讨脑动脉瘤介入栓塞术中采取快速康复外科护理在围术期的干预效果及其对并发症发生情况的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月我院60例脑动脉瘤介入栓塞术患者,根据护理方法的不同分为两组,对照组采取常规干预,观察组采取快速康复外科护理干预。观察两组住院时间、下床时间、住院费用、并发症发生率、复发颅内出血率及护理满意度。结果观察组住院时间、下床时间及住院费用均少于对照组;对照组的护理满意度低于观察组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发颅内出血率与对照组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑动脉瘤介入栓塞术中行快速康复外科护理可以缩短患者的下床时间及住院时间,减少患者并发症的发生,对患者的预后有着较好的影响,有利于患者的恢复。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in the perioperative period of interventional embolization of cerebral aneurysm and its influence on the occurrence of complications.Methods 60 patients receiving interventional embolization of cerebral aneurysm in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group received conventional interventions and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing intervention.The hospitalization time,the off bedtime,the hospitalization expenses,the incidence of complications,recurrence rate of intracranial hemorrhage and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results The hospitalization time,the off bedtime and the hospitalization expenses of the observation group were less or fewer than those of the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of intracranial hemorrhage in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing during interventional embolization of cerebral aneurysm can shorten the off bedtime and the hospitalization time and reduce the occurrence of complications for the patients.Also with a positive influence on the prognosis of the patients,it is conducive to the recovery of the patients.
