手卫生干预联合空气消毒在精神科封闭病房中的应用效果

Effects of hand hygiene intervention combined with air sterilization in closed psychiatric ward

目的探讨在精神科封闭病房中的应用手卫生干预联合空气消毒的效果。方法选取2018年3月~2019年3月我院的精神科封闭病房7个、医护人员24名、精神病患者108例进行研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组应用空气消毒,研究组联合应用手卫生干预。观察比较两组干预前、干预后的病房平均菌落数、两组干预前、干预后的医护人员手部卫生依从性、两组发生感染的比率、两组的满意情况。结果干预后,研究组消毒前及消毒后的病房平均菌落数低于对照组(P=0.000,0.000)。研究组依从率高于对照组(P=0.027),研究组手卫生消毒比率高于对照组(P=0.028),研究组手部卫生用品的日消耗量显著高于对照组(P=0.000)。研究组感染发生率低于对照组(P=0.028)。研究组满意率高于对照组(P=0.044)。结论在精神科封闭病房当中使用空气消毒联合手卫生干预,可显著降低病房内的平均菌落数,提高医护人员的手部卫生依从性,降低精神病患者发生感染的风险及比率。

Objective To investigate the effect of hand hygiene intervention combined with air sterilization in a closed psychiatric ward.Methods 7 psychiatric closed wards,24 medical staff and 108 psychiatric patients in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was given air sterilization,while the study group applied hand hygiene interventions on the basis of the control group.The average bacterial colonies number in the ward before and after intervention was compared between the two groups.The hand hygiene compliance of the medical staff before and after intervention was observed and compared between the two groups.The rates of infection were observed and compared between the two groups.The satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the average number of bacterial colonies in the ward of the study group before and after sterilization was lower than that of the control group(P=0.000,0.000).The compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.027),the hand hygiene sterilization rate was higher than that of the control group(P=0.028),and the daily consumption of hand hygiene products was significantly higher than that of the control group(P=0.000).The rate of infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.028).The satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.044).Conclusion The use of air sterilization and hand hygiene interventions in psychiatric closed wards can significantly reduce the average number of bacterial colonies in the ward,improve the compliance of hand hygiene of medical staff,and reduce the risk and rate of infection in psychiatric patients.
