摘要
目的探讨仿生物电刺激联合FM筋膜手法治疗女性肥胖的临床效果。方法招募纳入2018年2月~2019年10月在我院正常体检的腹型肥胖患者500例,按照不同的治疗方法分为四组:对照组(不做任何干预措施),仿生物电刺激组(仅实施仿生物电刺激),FM筋膜组(仅实施FM筋膜手法)及联合组(仿生物电刺激联合FM筋膜手法);记录比较各组干预前后腹部脂肪厚度、内脏脂肪指数(UVI)和空腹血清内脂素。结果仿生物电刺激组、FM筋膜组及联合组治疗3个月后,患者的腹部脂肪厚度、内脏脂肪指数及血清内酯素与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组以上指标均显著低于单独治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论仿生物电刺激联合FM筋膜手法治疗女性肥胖,疗效可靠,安全性高,优于单纯电刺激及单纯FM筋膜手法治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of simulated bioelectric stimulation combined with fascial manipulation(FM)in the treatment of female obesity.Methods 500 patients with abdominal obesity who underwent normal physical examination in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were recruited and included,and were divided into four groups according to different therapeutic methods:control group(without any intervention),simulated bioelectric stimulation group(only simulated bioelectric stimulation was carried out),FM group(only FM was carried out),and combination group(simulated bioelectric stimulation combined with FM);abdominal fat thickness,visceral fat index(UVI),and fasting serum visfatin before and after intervention were recorded and compared among each group.Results After 3 months of treatment,the differences in abdominal fat thickness,visceral fat index,and serum visfatin of patients in the simulated bioelectric stimulation group,FM group,and combination group were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the above indexes in the combination therapy group were significantly lower than those in the single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Simulated bioelectric stimulation combined with FM in the treatment of female obesity has reliable efficacy and high safety,which is superior to pure electrical stimulation and pure FM alone.
