工程造价专业校企协同育人模式的研究与实践

"产教融合、校企协同育人"是实现国家一线技能型人才供给侧改革的关键方式,是国家产业结构升级和转型战略的重要组成部分。针对当前高职院校协同育人和产教融合的诸多问题,以辽宁建筑职业学院工程造价专业的卓越人才培养模式为例,从校企协同育人机制,模块化课程体系建设,混合式教学方法实施,1+X职业等级证书考核等方面阐述了基于产教融合的校企协同育人模式的改革方案的设计与实施。

"Integration of industry and education,school and enterprise collaborative education"is the key way to realize the supply-side reform of national first-line skilled talent,and is an important part of the national industrial structure upgrading and transformation strategy.In view of problems of the current higher vocational colleges'collaborative education and the integration of industry and education,taking the excellent talent training mode of engineering cost specialty of Liaoning Jianzhu Vocational University as an example,this paper expounds the design and implementation of the reform scheme of the college-enterprise collaborative education mode based on the integration of industry and education from the aspects of school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism,modular course system construction,hybrid teaching method implementation,1+X vocational grade certificate assessment,etc.
