摘要 详细分析了某电厂660 MW超临界锅炉制粉系统运行时出现磨煤机运行中间歇性排渣量大,磨煤机拉杆箱、密封漏风,磨煤机粉管漏粉,给煤机频繁堵媒,热风关断门故障等问题,提出了相应的解决方案并实施,同时对实施效果进行总结,可供其他业内同行参考。 This paper analyzes the problems of the coal pulverizing system of the 660MW supercritical boiler in a power plant such as intermittent large amount of slag discharge during the operation of the coal mill,air leakage of the draw-bar box and the seal of the coal mill,pulverized coal leakage of the pulverized coal pipe of the coal mill,frequent coal blockage of the feeder and the fault of the hot-blast air shutoff door.In addition,it presents relevant solutions and summarizes the effects of the implementation,which can provide reference for professionals in the industry.
