摘要
利用凝胶制备技术研制一款新型的免洗消毒酒精凝胶,消毒剂选用95%的医用酒精,保湿剂选用天然甘油和透明质酸钠,抗氧化剂选用维生素E,增稠剂选用Carbopol Ultrez 20.给出了免洗消毒酒精凝胶的配方和制备工艺.试用结果表明,该消毒凝胶保湿效果良好,驻留性好,产品相对安全.
We developed a new type of wash-free disinfection alcohol gel by using the gel preparation technology.We used 95%medical alcohol as the disinfectant,natural glycerin and sodium hyaluronate as the humectant,vitamin E as the antioxidant and Carbopol Ultrez 20 as the thickening agent.We gave the formulation and preparation technology of wash-free disinfection alcohol gel.The test results show that the disinfection gel has good moisturizing effect,persists longer,and the product is relatively safe.
