摘要
构建NSFC-广东联合基金合作研发二分网络,利用模块度方法识别联合基金承担单位中形成的"研究社区",在区域层面分析各"研究社区"的空间格局与布局特征,并利用泊松空间交互正则化模型探讨"研究社区"跨区域合作的影响因素。研究表明:NSFC-广东联合基金合作研发二分网络形成了以研究领域为驱动的社区;各"研究社区"的空间布局以广东省为中心,覆盖东部和南部地区;科技创新水平和单位数量是跨区域合作的主要影响因素。
This paper constructs the cooperative research and development bipartite network of NSFC-Guangdong joint fund,uses the modularity method to identify the"research community"formed in the joint fund undertaking units,analyzes the spatial pattern and layout characteristics of each"research community"at the regional level,and uses the Poisson spatial interaction regularization model to explore the influencing factors of the"research community"cross regional cooperation.The research shows that:the cooperative research and development bipartite network of NSFC-Guangdong joint fund forms a research driven community;the spatial layout of each"research community"is centered in Guangdong Province,covering the eastern and southern regions;the level of scientific and technological innovation and the number of units are the main influencing factors of cross regional cooperation.
