摘要
采用DeltaSpot带极点焊机对6061铝合金和镀锌钢薄板进行点焊,研究了焊接电流对接头组织和力学性能的影响,分析了焊接接头的断裂机理。结果表明,点焊接头的熔核直径及压痕率随电流增大先上升后趋于稳定。随着电流增大,焊接接头中金属间化合物厚度先增后减,接头的抗拉剪强度先增后降。当焊接电流为15.5kA时,接头断口形式以脆性断裂为主,塑性断裂为辅。
The 6061 aluminum alloy and galvanized steel sheet were spot welded by using the DeltaSpot resistance spot welding machine produced by Fronius.The effects of different welding currents on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint were investiagted.The mechanism of the fracture behavior of the welded joint was described.The results reveal that the nugget diameter and the indentation rate of the spot welded joint are increased firstly and then stabilized with the increase of current.The intermetallic compound layer is grown sharply and then decreased with the increase of welding current,and the tensile shear strength of the joint is increased firstly and then decreased.When the welding current is 15.5 kA,the fracture surface of the joint presents mainly brittle fracture accompanied with plastic fracture.
