摘要
采用DSC差热分析、拉伸试验、硬度测试及金相观察等方法,分析了固溶处理对2A14铝合金冷轧板材显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,2A14铝合金冷轧薄板的过烧温度为508℃。随固溶温度升高和保温时间延长,合金的固溶程度增大,经自然时效后,合金强度逐渐提高,在505℃下固溶30min时合金强度最高。而随着固溶温度进一步升高,合金发生再结晶且晶粒长大,沉淀强化减弱,因而强度降低。综合得到2A14铝合金冷轧板的最佳固溶处理制度为505℃下保温30min。
The influences of solid solution treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 2A14 aluminum alloy cold-rolled sheet were investigated by DSC,tensile testing,hardness testing and microstructure observation.The results reveal that the overheated temperature of 2A14 alloy cold rolled sheet is 508℃.With the increase of solid solution temperature and holding time,the degree of solid solution of the alloy is increased.After natural aging,the strength of 2A14 alloy sheet is gradually increased.With the solid solution treatment at 505℃ for 30 min,the strength of 2A14 alloy reaches the maximum value.However,with the further increase of the solid solution temperature,the recrystallization of alloy can be observed with the grain size coarsened,and the precipitation-strengthening is weakened,threrfore the strength of 2A14 alloy is reduced.In conclusion,the ideal solution treatment for 2A14 aluminum alloy sheet is heat presevation for 30 min at 505℃.
