摘要
机壳是手摇发电机的重要结构零件,适合生产率较高的压铸生产,采用中心浇口进料方式所成形的铸件致密度高。针对二处轴承室和止口留有加工余量且外形不规则的机壳铸件,可经车削加工方法满足左机壳与右机座内外止口、轴承与轴承室的精度配合要求。
As an important part of the hand generator,this main case is suitable to be produced through high-efficient die casting with the center-gate feeding method to produce high density castings.The main case casting that has working allowance at the secondary bearing housing and the rabbet along with an irregular contour can meet the precision requirements between the left housing and the internal and external rabbets of the right chassis,as well as between the bearing and the bearing housing after turning.
