抗氧化剂对水树老化XLPE电缆绝缘修复效果的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 为研究抗氧化剂对交联聚乙烯(XLPE)水树老化电缆绝缘修复效果的影响,采用两种不同配方的修复液对水树老化电缆进行修复后,再次进行30天水树老化,分析老化后电缆的微观结构及电气性能变化情况。结果表明:相比未修复水树样本,修复样本水树长度明显减小,且添加了抗氧化剂的修复样本水树长度最小;修复后电缆样本的击穿电压明显提高,且含抗氧化剂修复电缆样本的击穿电压最高。这是因为抗氧化剂能够有效抑制水树生长中的分子链断裂氧化过程,从而抑制水树的进一步生长。 In order to investigate the influence of antioxidant on the rejuvenation effect of water-tree aged XLPE cable insulation,we used two formulas of rejuvenation fluid to rejuvenate the water-tree aged cables,and then the water-tree aged cables were conducted water tree ageing for 30 days.The change of microstructure and electrical properties of the cables after ageing were analyzed.The results show that the water tree lengths of the rejuvenated cables are significantly shorter than that of the untreated one,and the water tree length of the rejuvenated cables with antioxidant is the shortest.The breakdown voltage of the rejuvenated cables is significantly higher than that of the untreated one,and the breakdown voltage of the rejuvenated cables with antioxidant is the highest.This is because that the antioxidant can effectively inhibit the oxidation and breaking process of molecular chain during the growth of water tree,subsequently inhibit the further growth of water tree.
