水分及测试方法对植物绝缘油局部放电起始电压测试结果的影响

摘要 局部放电起始电压(PDIV)是监测高压绝缘系统状态的重要参数之一。本文采用不同的测试方法和电极配置方式测试植物绝缘油的PDIV,分析试验方法和电极配置方式对不同含水量的植物绝缘油PDIV测量结果的影响。结果表明:不同的升压速度对植物绝缘油的PDIV测量结果有显著影响,且植物绝缘油含水量较低时影响更大。无论接地电极形状如何,在具有较大尖端曲率半径的针电极处局部放电起始电压测量值更高。针-板电极下,针电极尖端半径对局部放电起始电压测量结果有显著影响。 Partial discharge inception voltage(PDIV)is one of the important parameters for monitoring the state of high voltage insulation systems.In this paper,the PDIV of vegetable insulating oil was tested using different test methods and electrode configurations,and the effect of test methods and electrode configurations on the PDIV test results of vegetable transformer oil with different water content was analyzed.The results show that different rising rate of voltage has significant effect on the PDIV test results,especially for the vegetable insulating oil with low water content.Regardless of the shape of ground electrode,the PDIV test results at the needle electrode with larger radius of curvature are the largest.The radius of needle electrode has a significant effect on the PDIV test results under needle-plate electrode.
