摘要
分析了求取环氧树脂复合绝缘活化能时产生"温漂"现象的原因,并指出该现象使得原来的频-温平移法不再适用。为消除次要弛豫过程引起的"温漂"现象对活化能求解的影响,提出了求取活化能的改进介电谱法,在某种弛豫的特征频段,采用仅包含形状信息的介电谱一阶导数曲线,近似表征主要弛豫过程,并与改进德拜参数拟合法、原频-温平移法对比计算。结果表明:"温漂"现象对频-温平移法的干扰较大,改进介电谱法有效消除了"温漂"现象对活化能求解的影响。
The causes of "temperature drift" phenomenon when calculating the activation energy of epoxy resin composite insulation was analyzed, and this phenomenon makes the original frequency-temperature translation method no longer applicable. In order to eliminate the effect of "temperature drift" phenomenon caused by the secondary relaxation process on the solution of activation energy, we proposed an improved dielectric spectroscopy method for obtaining activation energy. At characteristic frequency band of a certain relaxation, the main relaxation process was approximately characterized by the first derivative curve of dielectric spectrum with shape information only, and then the calculating result was compared with that of the improved Debye parameter fitting method and the original frequency-temperature translation method. The results show that the "temperature drift" phenomenon has great interference on the frequency-temperature translation method, and the improved dielectric spectroscopy method effectively eliminates the effect of"temperature drift"phenomenon on the activation energy solution.
