Development of automobile rear side member based on variable-thickness rolled blanks technology

摘要 采用单向拉伸试样配合数字图像相关法对变厚板过渡区域力学性能进行了研究,分析了轧制后退火对变厚板性能的影响,通过对变厚板过渡区进行分区离散,对变厚板拉伸性能进行了表征。对比采用变厚板方案的后纵梁仿真结果与实际样件冲压结果,表明实际样件成形与仿真结果接近,样件成形性良好,无开裂与起皱现象,变厚板方案对减轻质量效果显著。 The mechanical properties of the variable-thickness rolled blanks transition zone were studied by using unidirectional tensile specimens and digital image correlation methods, and the effect of annealing on the properties of the variable-thickness rolled blank after rolling was analyzed. By partitioning the transition zone of the variable-thickness rolled blank, the tensile properties of the thickened plate were fully characterized. Comparing the simulation results of the rear side member and the stamping results of the actual sample with the variable-thickness rolled blanks, it showed that the actual sample had good formability wihtout cracking or wrinkling, which close to the simulation results, and the weight reduction effect of variable-thickness rolled blanks scheme was significant.
