摘要
针对某车型前门内板拉深起皱与开裂缺陷,根据冲压件结构与模具结构,分析了制件起皱与开裂的成形机理,并提出了基于分模线与变截面筋条优化的控制措施。生产实际表明,优化后起皱与开裂缺陷改善显著,模具运行效率由81%提升至95%,制件报废率由0.8%降低至0.06%,为汽车钣金门内板冲压工艺设计与模具调试提供了参考。
Aiming at the defects of wrinkling and cracking on the front door inner panel,the forming mechanism was analyzed according to the structure of stamping parts and die structure,and the control measures that based on the optimization of parting line and variable section bead were put forward.The production showed that the defects of wrinkling and cracking could be improved significantly after the optimization,the die operating efficiency was increased from 81%to 95%and the rejection rate was reduced from 0.8%to0.06%.
