摘要
通过数控加工试验,采用响应曲面法建立了复合材料成型模数控加工主要工艺参数与表面粗糙度及加工时间之间的动态响应关系,并将表面粗糙度与加工时间的响应曲面模型作为目标函数,利用多目标遗传算法,对其进行优化求解,得到了复合材料成型模数控加工最优工艺参数组合,为实际生产提供理论依据。
Through NC machining experiments, the dynamic response relationship between processing parameters and surface roughness and processing time was established by response surface method in the NC machining of the composite forming die. The response surface model of surface roughness and processing time were taken as objective function which using the multi-objective genetic algorithm to optimized solution. It obtained the optimal process parameter combination of composite forming die, which provided theoretical basis for actual production.
