摘要
聚焦创业企业,对441份个体数据和150份企业数据进行样本配对,以定量研究的方式揭示情绪劳动策略与创业绩效之间的作用机理。结果发现:浅层表达和深层表达对创业绩效具有显著的正向作用;行政管理类创业成员的知识共享行为优于技术创业成员和其他成员;知识共享在两种情绪劳动策略和创业绩效间起中介作用;团队氛围在深层表达与创业绩效间起中介作用,但是会消除浅层表达的价值效用。
This paper focuses on start-up enterprises,matches 441 employee data and 150 enterprise data to reveal the mechanism between emotional labor strategies and entrepreneurial performance by use of quantitative research.The results show that shallow expression and deep expression have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial performance.The knowledge sharing behavior of administrative entrepreneurial members is better than technological entrepreneurial members and other members.Knowledge sharing plays a mediating role between the two emotional labor strategies and entrepreneurial performance,while team atmosphere plays a mediating role between deep expression and entrepreneurial performance,but it will eliminate the value utility of shallow expression.
