疫情之下,AI商业化的解决之道

摘要 伴随着产业互联网浪潮席卷传统行业,人工智能技术、产品和应用早已成为资本市场炙手可热的投资赛道,而"新基建"的提出再度助力产业互联网。然而,由于2020年初的疫情爆发以及资本市场渐入寒冬,投资者信心不足开始导致AI企业的融资难度陡增以及行业大规模洗牌。此时,AI商业化便成为该领域创业者不得不正视的关键问题。为顺利落地实现商业化,AI企业必须立足于"掌握核心技术;提供端到端的产品或解决方案;刚需规模化;迅速完成技术、产品、商业和数据的正向闭环"以提高场景的可控性。与此同时,文章还建议AI企业采取4大策略以加速商业化的进程,包括"寻找绝对可规模化的刚需;引进行业优秀人才;解决敢于碰硬件,敢于做重以及实现数据反馈的闭环",从而帮助企业顺利渡过当前的危机。 Along with the wave of industrial Internet sweeping the traditional industry,artificial intelligence technology,products and applications have already become a hot investment track in the capital market.However,due to the outbreak of the epidemic at the beginning of 2020 and the gradual cold winter of the capital market,the lack of investor confidence began to cause the financing difficulty of AI enterprises to increase sharply and the industry to shuffle on a large scale.At this time,AI commercialization has become a key issue that entrepreneurs in this field have to face up to.In order to successfully implement commercialization,AI enterprises must be based on"mastering core technology;providing end-toend products or solutions;just need to scale;quickly completing the forward closed-loop of technology,products,business and data"to improve the controllability of scenarios.At the same time,this paper also suggests that AI enterprises should adopt four strategies to speed up the process of commercialization,including"looking for the absolutely scalable rigid needs;introducing the industry’s excellent talents;solving the problems of dare to touch the hardware,dare to do heavy work and realize the closed-loop of data feedback",so as to help enterprises smooth through the current crisis.
