摘要
通过对多个干燥焙烧一体式烧结砖隧道窑窑炉体系热平衡进行测试和测量,收集了窑内各带温度和压力数据,分析了压力分布和变化特点,利用冷却带与干燥带之间存在的压力梯度,提出设置双层窑顶的窑炉设计方案,引导冷却带余热通过上下两层窑顶之间的空腔自行流动至干燥带内部对砖坯进行加热烘干,达到均匀快速干燥砖坯的目的。
By testing and measuring the thermal balance of multiple drying and firing integrated fired brick tunnel kilns,the paper collects the temperature and pressure data of each zone in the kiln,analyzes the pressure distribu⁃tion and change characteristics,and uses the existing pressure gradient between the cooling zone and the drying zone,puts forward a kiln design plan with double-layer kiln roof which guides the residual heat of the cooling zone to flow through the cavity between the upper and lower kiln roofs to the inside of the drying zone to heat and dry the bricks,and achieves the purpose of uniformly and quickly drying the bricks.
