摘要
教育智慧具有生成特性,以人为本的学生观、对学生的爱以及反思能力是促使教师教育智慧内在生成的重要条件。主客融通的"审美境界"是以人为本的学生观植根的土壤;无功利的"审美境界"是产生真爱的源头;反思能力能够促使个体的生命存在向着"审美境界"的层次提升。因此,始终注重自我精神境界的净化与提升是教师教育智慧得以生成的关键因素。
Educational wisdom has generation characteristics. Human-oriented view of students, love for students, and reflective ability are important conditions for the internal generation of teachers’ educational wisdom. The "aesthetic realm" of subject and object integration is the soil where human-oriented view of students is rooted;the non-utilitarian "aesthetic realm" is the source of true love;and reflective ability can promote an individual’s life existence to the level of "aesthetic realm". Therefore, always paying attention to the purification and promotion of self-spiritual realm is a key factor in the generation of teachers’ educational wisdom.
