摘要
建设专业教学团队是最强有力的专业发展和变革的措施,可以有效地提高教师个体、团队、学校乃至整个双语教学体系的能力。该文首先介绍了专业教学团队特征,然后分析了其对多元文化交流能力、创新能力和双语教育质量的积极影响,进而提出建立有效的双语教学团队的建议,包括承担集体责任,实施反思和协作实践,将虚拟群体融入传统群体。
Building professional teaching communities is one of the most effective strategies for bilingual education in universities. It can improve teachers’ individual and collective capabilities, which will definitely increase the quality of the whole bilingual education system. The present paper first introduces the concept of professional teaching community and its features, and then analyzes its positive impact on students’ capabilities of multicultural communication, innovation and the quality of bilingual education. Finally, this study suggests establishing effective bilingual teaching communities, which includes taking collective responsibilities, implementing reflective and collaborative practice, and integrating virtual groups into traditional groups.
