摘要
该文通过研究指出,高校教师的敬业水平和工作绩效影响着高等教育的效率质量和可持续发展。对当前高校教师敬业度和工作绩效的问卷调查显示,受教育程度对高校教师的工作绩效存在显著影响,教龄对高校教师的工作绩效水平和职业投入存在显著影响,职称对高校教师的职业认同存在显著影响,不同年龄段对高校教师敬业水平和工作绩效的影响并不显著,性别对高校职业投入、职业认同和工作绩效的影响不显著。高校在支持教师职业发展的同时也要重点关注他们的身心状态,并给予更多的人文关怀。
This article points out that the job engagement and performance of college teachers affect the efficiency and quality of higher education and sustainable development. The questionnaire survey on the engagement and work performance of college teachers shows that the education level, the years of teaching and professional titles have a significant impact on college teachers’ work performance, career investment and professional identity. The influence of different age groups and gender on the engagement level and work performance of college teachers are not significant. While supporting teachers’ career development, colleges and universities should also pay more attention to their physical and mental state and give them more humanistic care.
