摘要
该文通过对反思性教学理论、反思与大学英语教师专业发展的关联性,以及教学反思的持续性过程的分析,得出结论:反思性教学是英语教师专业发展的内在动力,能够帮助教师实现可持续的自我发展,希冀对大学英语教学实践和教师自身专业发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper analyzes the reflective teaching theory, its relevance to EFL teachers’ professional development, and the persistent process of teaching reflections. It makes a conclusion that reflective teaching, which contributes to teachers’ persistent self-development, is the internal power of EFL teachers’ professional development. This has certain reference significance for college English teaching practice and teachers’ professional development.
