摘要
该文通过论证认为,在国内高等医学院校中,专业教师的教育教学理论与技能水平存在较大差异,一个重要原因是提供给教师的各级各类培训普遍较少。教师发展内容体系是一个庞大的系统工程,高校应该建立适应整体需求的多元化培训内容,布局规划医学教师不同发展阶段的培训体系,具体的专业发展内容还需要学院、科室专家团队共同构建。
This paper argues that in domestic medical colleges and universities, there is a big difference between the teaching theory and the skill level of professional teachers. An important reason is that there are few kinds of training provided for teachers at all levels. The content system of teacher development is a huge systematic project. Colleges and universities should establish a wide range of training contents that can meet the overall needs and plan a training system for medical teachers at different stages of development. Specific professional development contents also need to be jointly constructed by expert teams of colleges and departments.
