Discussion on Talent Cultivation Model under the Multi-disciplinary Background: A Case Study on New Energy Science and Engineering Major of Changsha University of Science and Technology

新能源科学与工程专业涉及多个学科内容,是一个典型的多学科交叉专业。随着能源科技日新月异,能源变革4.0时代的到来,新能源产业和新能源人才培育也出现了许多新的变化,因此新能源科学与工程专业的人才培养模式需要在动态中不断地探索和完善。基于此,该文紧扣高校自身特点及能源与动力工程学院背景,概括总结了新能源科学与工程专业人才培养模式的发展方向,旨在为正在开展的人才培养工作提供理论参考。

The major of new energy science and engineering involves many disciplines, which is a typical new interdisciplinary major. With the rapid development of energy technology and the arrival of the era of energy transformation 4.0, many new changes have taken place in the new energy industry and talent cultivation of new energy. Therefore, the talent cultivation model of new energy science and engineering major needs to be continuously explored and improved in a dynamic way. Thus, the development direction of talent cultivation model for new energy science and engineering major is summarized on the basis of the characteristics of colleges and universities and the background of dynamic engineering colleges, in order to provide theoretical reference for the ongoing talent cultivation.
