摘要
该文针对东南大学公共卫生学院本科教育进行分析,发现目前存在一些问题,诸如部分同学专业思想不稳固,缺乏学习动力;缺乏挫折教育,心理素质有待提高;动手能力不强;毕业设计时间短,学生主动性不够等。于是提出可行的解决方案:建立本科生导师制,开展社会实践活动;进行心理素质教育;建立公共卫生开放实验室,可让学生以开展课外科技活动、科技创新活动等形式进入实验室;继续加强毕业实习导师制;建立学生教育质量评价体系。进行一段时间后,对教学质量进行追踪调查,结果为提高预防医学本科生教育质量提供参考。
Based on the analysis of undergraduate education in School of Public Health of Southeast University,this paper finds that there are some problems at present,such as unstable professional thinking of some students,lack of learning motivation,lack of frustration education,low psychological quality,weak practical ability,short graduation design time,and weak initiative.So the research puts forward several feasible solutions:First,establish an undergraduate tutor system and carry out social practice activities.Second,conduct psychological quality education.Third,build an open public health laboratory,where students can carry out extracurricular scientific and technological activities,scientific and technological innovation activities,etc.Fourth,continue to strengthen the graduation internship tutor system.Fifth,set up a student education quality evaluation system.After a period of time,a follow-up survey is conducted on the teaching quality,and the results can provide a reference for improving the quality of undergraduate education in preventive medicine.
